When is the right time to buy property?
This is one of the questions I am asked most often, but there is no secret formula that can give you a definitive answer.
We don’t know when the market is going to turn, we don’t know when property demand and supply will be optimally balanced in your favour, we don’t know when your dream home will go on the market for a price within your budget.
