I am incredibly honoured to have been awarded Life Membership by the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) — one of the highest recognitions in our industry.
My journey into mortgage broking didn’t begin with a business plan — it began with personal experience. Navigating the lending process myself, I saw how complex and overwhelming it could be, and it inspired me to build a career focused on helping others feel supported, informed and empowered in their financial decisions.
Over the past 20+ years, that purpose has remained at the centre of everything I do. Supporting clients through significant life moments has been a privilege, but equally important to me has been contributing to the broader industry.
Through my involvement on boards and committees, I’ve had the opportunity to advocate for our profession, contribute to industry standards, and support its ongoing growth and professionalism. Being part of shaping the future of mortgage broking alongside peers I respect has been incredibly rewarding.
This recognition is not just about my journey — it reflects the many people who have been part of it. I am deeply grateful to my clients for their trust, my peers for their support, and the industry for the opportunities it has provided.
