Most of us have a response to money that is often deeply seated and unconscious.

We tend to sit in one of three camps:

  1. Stress – We are concerned that we don’t have enough to cover expenses, or that we’ll never have enough, or that money is “the root of all evil”.
  2. Ambivalence – Money comes and goes and it doesn’t have too much of an impact one way or the other – it’s just the means to the end, and you always seem to have just enough to get by
  3. Excitement – Money is the ticket to freedom. You’ll do what it takes to make it – and then you either spend or invest it and keep on the cycle, excited by what money can bring.

But the funny thing about life is that whatever we believe tends to come true. If you believe that you’ll never have enough money, you probably won’t.

If you believe that you’ll always have enough, you probably will.

If you’re energised and excited by it, you’ll be actively doing things to attract money into your life.

So where does your energy sit when you think about money? And, most importantly, is it working for you or do you need to re-tune your thoughts?
