Being named Thought Leader of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards is incredibly meaningful to me — not because of the title itself, but because of what it represents.
To me, thought leadership isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about asking better questions.
It’s about staying curious, challenging assumptions, and continuously learning so I can better guide the people who trust me with some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
As a mortgage broker, my role goes far beyond securing a loan. It’s about understanding strategy, timing, structure, and risk — and translating complexity into clarity. This recognition reinforces that the way I approach my work matters: with intention, transparency, and a genuine commitment to long-term outcomes.
I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
To my clients, my team and peers who have supported me, your trust is what drives me to keep improving, thinking differently, and showing up with purpose every day.
This award isn’t a finish line. It’s a reminder to keep raising the standard.
